Who we are
David Hall / Founder
David is a proven land development expert with extensive problem-solving skills enabling him to unlock the full potential of real estate properties. With a successful engineering career at leading tech companies like Amazon and Blue Origin, David transitioned into land development, leveraging his analytical mindset and strategic thinking. Since 2020, he has focused on transforming land with significant challenges — legal, environmental, zoning, etc — into valuable, buildable properties.
Whether it's through creative land use strategies, stakeholder discussions and negotiations (government, neighbors, professionals, agents, etc.), or securing entitlements, David is dedicated to maximizing the potential of every project.
He holds a University of Washington Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington, and still lives there with his wife of 17 years, Kellye, and their three children.

As an educator and lifelong learner, Pablo emphasizes human-centered design and collaborative leadership. He holds a Master of Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking and Architect Certification from Procore Technologies. Pablo's approach blends creativity with rigorous analysis to achieve tangible ROI and cultural transformation.
He and his wife of over 20 years raise their 9 children on a farm in Eastern Washington.

Jarrett brings extensive experience in management and problem-solving, honed across diverse industries including hotel management, apartment construction, land development for single-family homes, residential construction, plastics, coatings, franchising, software engineering, and the building supply industry.
He excelled in leadership roles at Park Pacific Group and Lumberworld, where he oversaw operations and vendor partnerships.
Jarrett values integrity, perseverance, and building trusted relationships. He believes in the importance of trust and integrity in business, and that confidence comes from persistent action.
Jarrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology / Theological Studies from Prairie College and is a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team.
He and his wife of over 25 years share 9 biological children.
